During this trip, they learned how Amazon orders get right in our doorsteps! Through robotics and other advanced computer systems, Amazon engineers have made it easy for their products to get delivered in the most efficient and effective manner. Our MBA students also learned how Amazon caters to its employees’ betterment through many benefits that aim to improve their career paths. Benefits such as higher education incentives are available wherein Amazon will shoulder a certain percentage of tuition cost for any employee who wishes to pursue a degree. They also learned how each employee that gets hired, learns the operations of Amazon from the ground up in order to fully grasp the many intricate business aspects before assuming managerial or executive positions.
